22 NFT marketplaces of different types
What do we mean by NFT marketplace? Some marketplaces allow you to trade any NFT and even create your own, and somewhere you can only buy a drop from several brands (or even one). Why do some need Metamask, and somewhere else registration by e-mail is enough? Let’s look at the whole variety of NFT marketplaces. To do this, I propose to type them and break them into several groups.
1. Decentralized marketplaces
Usually, this type means marketplaces where any collections are traded within the supported blockchains. The most popular representative is OpenSea. On the site, you only need to connect your wallet (for example, metamask) to start trading. The advantage of such marketplaces is that all creators of NFT collections add their collections to such marketplaces. Since they are used by a large number of audiences, they have credibility.

2. Centralized marketplaces
In the centralized marketplace, you use the main account and wallet that is created on the platform. To trade, you must first fund your wallet, or transfer your NFT to it. A big plus of such marketplaces is that all transactions inside are free for you. Unlike decentralized ones, where you pay for each transaction from your wallet.
